Heart attack dad reveals pals gave him pelters by text when he failed to show up
 

When Donald Scott failed to turn up to meet his pals to take in a show they began ribbing him by text.
But the dad of two had suffered a massive heart attack and only regained consciousness days later after he had a second cardiac arrest in hospital.
The 47-year-old collapsed as he took a short-cut through Edinburgh’s Waverley Station.
  “The rest is a blur,” said Donald, of Duddingston, Edinburgh.
“I woke up five or six days later with tubes sticking out. I was wondering what on earth was going on. Doctors and nurses explained.”
