Headteacher says councillors 'must do better' after branding his students' ideas for Boston "tacky" and "bonkers"



A Boston school headteacher has been left disappointed by comments made by borough councillors who branded students’ ideas for the market place as 'bonkers and tacky'.
Students from secondary schools across Boston were invited bu the council to put forward their ideas for the Market Place in a bid to direct visitors around the town.
Pupils from four schools, Boston High School, Boston Grammar School, Haven High Academy and the Giles Academy, decided they would like to help.
