Groups demanding answers over cuts

Youth charities have made a joint complaint after Lancashire County Council cut their funding by more than half. The nine groups say they were not consulted when County Hall changed the way cash was handed out two years ago.
Instead of going to county-wide organisations, more is being spent on smaller projects. Those affected include Scouts, Guides and church organisations, who are now making an official complaint to the county council.
