Grimsby twinned with the notorious Bullingdon Club? Cartoonist Matt captures contrast after Tory victory over Labour
 

He is regarded as one of Britain’s finest cartoonist and now Matt’s wry political eye has captured Grimsby in the wake of the general election.
The house cartoonist for the Daily Telegraph , Matt’s front page cartoon today features a new sign appearing outside the town with the words: ‘Grimsby. Twinned with the Bullingdon Club”.
A bemused motorist is seen looking at the sign from a passing car on what looks remarkably like the A180.
