Get fit with only 120 seconds of SERIOUSLY intense exercise per week



Slogging your guts out in the gym may not be the simplest answer to getting in shape, researchers have found.
A sports scientist from Swansea University has argued that as little as 120 seconds of intense activity each week could be a shortcut to fitness.
Dr Richard Metcalfe is a lecturer in sports and exercise physiology and is aiming to help people shape up without expending too much time or energy, report Wales Online.
