Game of Thrones' longest-serving Scot in 'flood of tears' on last day of filming

It's less than a month to the start of the eighth and final series of Game of Thrones.
Fans around the world are excited to find out what happens and who, finally, takes the Iron Throne.
But for one of the original stars who has spent the past nine years at the heart of the supernatural epic – it got too much.
“I was really in floods of tears on my last filming day,” revealed Iain Glen, the Edinburgh actor who has played Ser Jorah Mormont since the original episode was broadcast in 2011.
