Fury as graffiti dubbing convicted fraudster Tommy Robinson a 'saint' appears in Liverpool city centre
 

Graffiti that has appeared in Liverpool city centre depicting far-right activist Tommy Robinson as a saint has been condemned.
A stencilled drawing of Mr Robinson - a convicted mortgage fraudster whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon - wearing a halo has appeared on hoardings in Liverpool's business district.
Alongside the drawing is a statement, which claims: "Tommy Robinson is not a racist, he is a saint."
The far-right activist founded the English Defence League group and is a former member of the British National Party.
