Former Lichfield office block earmarked for conversion into apartments set to be sold at auction



A former office building in Lichfield is going under the hammer.
Bridge House, on Station Road is expected to fetch around £650,000 when it is sold by Bond Wolfe Auctions.
The auction house says the plot is “oven ready” for redevelopment, with planning permission already in place to convert the site into more than 20 new apartments.
