Five brand new luxury homes set to be demolished to make way for flats
 

A decision to allow five brand new homes worth £6,500,000 to be demolished to make way for 30 flats has been slammed by locals.
Developer Alex Collier applied to bulldoze the £1,300,000 luxury properties near Bournemouth because they were not selling.
Now neighbours are furious after town hall officials agreed to grant planning permission to the ‘absurd and ludicrous’ scheme – despite receiving more than 100 objections.
While Mr Collier blamed the uncertainty over Brexit for putting off potential buyers, others claim the homes were overpriced for the residential area of Poole, Dorset.
