Famous people you (probably) didn’t know were from the Wakefield district

IN PICTURES: DID YOU KNOW THESE WELL-KNOWN FACES ARE FROM OUR DISTRICT? When you think of Wakefield, what comes to the forefront of your mind?
Maybe it’s prominent landmark Wakefield Cathedral, which at 247 feet has the tallest spire in Yorkshire.
