Drug arrest after teen left fighting for life on New Year's Eve
 

Police have arrested a teenager in a drugs investigation, which was launched after a boy was left in a critical condition on New Year's Eve.
The 16-year-old, who remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital, collapsed in Bilton Road, Rugby, on December 31 and was discovered by a member of public at around 9.40pm.
He fell critically ill after police believe he consumed high-purity MDMA, commonly known as ecstasy.
The passer-by flagged down a passing police car and officers administered first aid until paramedics arrived.
