Driver 'under influence of drugs' took battered car with missing TYRE on busy motorway
 

A dangerous driver 'under the influence of drugs' took a battered car onto a busy motorway despite one wheel missing a tyre.
Police arrested the motorist, 20, after concerned road users on the M60 alerted them to the dangerous Citroen.
Once stopped, cops said the man then provided a 'positive roadside sample in relation to drugs' as well driving uninsured, according to the Manchester Evening News .
The car also sported a severely dented sides, a missing headlamp and had only one wing mirror.
