Dog who left terrified neighbour hiding in garden shed must die, judges rule

A “loud and aggressive” dog called Simba must die after biting a warden and putting neighbours in fear, senior judges have ruled.
The Bullmastiff-Dogue de Bordeaux cross is the beloved pet of Balsall Common woman , Abbie Killeen, and she has campaigned to save his life.
But, while recognising the “distress” caused to Mrs Killeen and her family, two High Court judges have now signed Simba’s death warrant.
Lord Justice Hickinbottom said the three-year-old had repeatedly broken through Mrs Killeen’s fence, terrifying her neighbour, Katie Sephton.
