'Cannabis farm' garbage dumped in country lane near Shepshed

The remnants of what appears to be a cannabis farm has been found dumped in a country lane in Leicestershire.
The fly-tip was found in Charley Road, between Charley and Ulverscroft at around 5.30pm yesterday afternoon.
It was still at the site this morning.
At first glance, the pile appears to be just rubbish, but on closer inspection there are a number of items which suggest it has been used to create an illegal cannabis grow.
The fly-tip contains fertiliser, compost, electrical equipment, including a broken board of sockets,packaging for halogen lightbulbs and air ducts.
