Burntwood groups boosted by donations from business

Three local organisations are celebrating being awarded funding from a funding initiative.
More than £14,000 was shared between Spark in Burntwood, Hammerwich Women’s Institute Hall and the 2nd Norton Canes Brownies and guides.
The money came from the Co-op Local Community Fund.
Esther Allen, from the Spark centre in Burntwood, said the money would be a huge boost for the organisation.
“The support from the Morley Road Co-op team has been fantastic and during the year we have had the opportunity to join with them in providing events for the community,” she said.
