Buffalo Wild Wings apologises over 'awful' tweets in targeted hacking
 

US restaurant chain Buffalo Wild Wings has apologised for a string of crude and racist posts that appeared on its Twitter account after it was hacked.
"We're sorry," the company said in a statement, adding "the awful posts... obviously did not come from us".
The tweets were posted on Friday on the company's verified account, which has more than 700,000 followers.
Last year, McDonald's had one of its Twitter accounts hacked with posts attacking US President Donald Trump.
