Boxer Scott Harrison reveals he was refused parole because he was a 'danger to the public'
 

Former WBO boxing champ Scott Harrison was refused parole because he was deemed a danger to the public, the Daily Record can reveal.
At a time when the justice system is often labelled a soft touch because of serious criminals being given home leave and rehabilitaton, we can reveal Harrison, 40, was turned down after serving two years of a four year sentence because the parole board said the risks were too great.
Instead of being released after serving half of his term, he faced the full wrath of the law for assaults in a club in Spain in 2007, which he was convicted of in 2012.
