A Birmingham learner driver who used a Bluetooth device to try and cheat on a theory test has been jailed for six months. 
Talat Arab, 39, from Oak Drive, Saltley, received secret messages from someone outside the test centre to help him with the questions. He was convicted for being in possession of an article to commit fraud. 
While taking his test at Birmingham theory test centre last December, examiners saw him acting suspiciously, so stopped the test and asked him to leave.
