Bit of "poo' in your olive oil? Aldi's graphic designers strike again

Well, we just lost our appetite.
After apparently dropping the C-bomb on a packet of crackers, Aldi has made another foodie faux-pas by labelling their olive oil ‘Poo’.
Um… gross.
Luckily it’s not a bizarre new ingredient. The word actually says ‘PDO’, and stands for Protected Designation of Origin – a label that is required by EU rules and a whole lot more boring.
Customer Lillie Kerman posted on the budget supermarket’s Facebook page saying: ‘Seriously Aldi, why can’t you spot the seemingly naughty words in your graphic designs – Olive Oil POO. Good product though, I do like Aldi.’... read more
