Andy Murray cruises into quarter-finals of Italian Open after straight-sets victory over Jeremy Chardy



Andy Murray recovered from a dangerous lapse in the second set to ultimately ease his way past Jeremy Chardy 6-0, 6-4 and into the quarter-finals of the Italian Open.
Exiled to the third arena at the Foro Italico, the spectacular Pieterangeli court, Murray was in complete control at 3-2 up in the second with three break points.
He then lost seven points in succession to go a break behind before regaining the momentum and winning comfortably with a fifth break of serve against the powerful Frenchman.
