The World no 4, 20, lost his head in a shock third-round defeat to Hyeon Chung today.
He fumed at the umpire for not turning the lights on in the fourth set before crumbling in the decider - losing 5-7 7-6 2-6 6-3 6-0.
After going a double break down in the fifth, Zverev let his fury out on his equipment before unsurprisingly receiving a code violation for racket abuse.
The German smashed his racket to the ground walked towards where it landed before ruining it once and for all with his foot.
