Albion Rovers boss Darren Young doesn't want to rely on league title favours
 

DARREN YOUNG insists he doesn’t want Albion Rovers relying on favours from other teams during the title run-in.
But the Cliftonhill player/manager was grateful for Berwick Rangers preventing championship rivals Queen’s Park from significantly cutting their lead at the top of League Two.
It was an afternoon to forget for Rovers on Saturday as revitalised Elgin City notched up their third victory in five matches.
A Jamie Reid double – which followed on from Daryl McHardy’s early opener – secured a 3-0 win for the Black-and-Whites who maintained their late push for a top-four finish.
