Zoo evacuated after lions escape from enclosure sparking emergency alert in Germany
 

TWO lions have escaped from their zoo enclosure in Germany.
An evacuation's taken place at Leipzig Zoo as staff clear the area and try to round up the big cats.
The lions, called Majo and Motshegetsi, are new to the zoo and escaped from their enclosure this moring.
The zoo's emergency plan was put into action and visitors were led away by staff.
Zoo workers are now attempting to catch the predators with emergency services also present at the scene.
