'You must build value' Boom in online travel sites contributing to high street decline
 

Advantage Travel Partnership chairman Steven Esom said his organisation - which represents 350 business and leisure travel agents with about 700 outlets across the UK - has been advising members to diversify their offerings.
Mr Esom said in a statement: "It's about complementing flights with hotels and experiences.
"This is what we've been saying... you must build value.
"If you just sell a flight, that's probably not enough for the customer."
