Wrexham disabled drivers could get marked parking bays outside their homes
 

Disabled drivers could get protected spaces to park their vehicles outside their homes in Wrexham under new proposals.
Under the plans, special needs drivers with a Blue Badge would be able to apply to the council to have a bay marked on the road outside their homes to ensure they have a space to park.
Other local authorities which operate such schemes can see unauthorised motorists facing fines if they park in a designated disabled area.
