Wrexham community run leisure centre gets vital £500,000 cash boost
 

A community-run leisure centre is getting a £500,000 cash boost to help with urgent maintenance.
The Splash Magic Leisure Centre in Plas Madoc, Wrexham , is getting the grant from the Welsh Government as part of its Community Facilities programme.
It will be used to fund a series of urgent repairs to the centre including a replacement roof, fixing wiring and insulation, replacing pool plant equipment and upgrading the CCTV and fire alarm.
