Wrexham AFC must continue to build after sealing Spitfires win



Shaun Pearson admits it is vital Wrexham remain in the hunt at the top of the National League standings as they turn their attention to the FA Cup.
The Dragons captain notched his first goal for his new club since signing in the summer, heading home Marcus Kelly’s corner to bring Wrexham back on level terms against Eastleigh before Chris Holroyd ensured all three points with a deflected effort soon after.
That win, which extends Wrexham unbeaten streak to 10 matches, sees Dean Keates’ side move up to fifth in the standings just three points behind pace setters Macclesfield Town.
