Wrexham 1 Lincoln City 2: Match report - Waterfall and Anderson propel Imps up to second



Lincoln City made it back-to-back wins by inflicting Wrexham's first home defeat of the season in a frantic encounter at the Racecourse Ground.
First half goals from captain Luke Waterfall and winger Harry Anderson did the damage for the Imps, while ex-Imp Hamza Bencherif pulled one back late on.
It was only the second and third goals that the hosts had conceded on home soil all season and increased the pressure on Dragons boss Gary Mills.
Opposite number Danny Cowley is under no such pressure and the three points saw the Imps rise from fourth to second in the National League table.
