Would YOU try the 'Whole30' diet? Detox regime bans sugar, grains, alcohol, legumes, peanut butter, and dairy for a MONTH



Some people cut out carbs, some avoid dairy, some just drink juices for days. 
We've all heard the go-to fad diets; supposedly quick fixes to drop a pound or two.
But another detox trend is gaining popularity - and it goes further than the rest.
The Whole30 diet proposes eliminating grains, dairy, sugar, legumes, alcohol for 30 days.
It even prohibits recreating your guilty pleasures with healthy ingredients.
