World Championships: James Guy draws inspiration from Lord of the Rings to win gold
 

Guy, along with Stephen Milne, Nick Grainger, Duncan Scott and James Guy proved the perfect quartet in an authoritative world defence for the Olympic silver medallists after their first global title two years ago in Kazan.
Guy, 21, was in supreme form last night - he also set two British records in the 100m butterfly - after the disappointment of missing out on medals in both the 200m and 400m earlier this week.
Guy admitted that he and room-mate Adam Peaty had watched the triology of Tolkein films through the week as they attempted to shut out the pressures in the pool.
