Work tees off at Sutton golf club



Golfers have teed off work on a new “state-of-the-art” triangle-shaped clubhouse with a ceremony at a century-old Sutton club.
During the ceremony at Coxmoor Golf Club, club captain Trevor Ryan and lady captain Marion Beeston officially broke the ground for the new development in front of fellow members and friends.
The new clubhouse, which is due for completion in December, will be two storeys and feature a wraparound terrace, which club bosses have said will offer “greater views of the course”.
