Women to strike words 'bird' and 'ball breaker' from every day use through campaign



'Bird' and 'ball breaker' are among the words which British women want banished from every day use, according to a new study.
The findings come as part of a campaign called 'Strength Is' by Special K which aims to help to inspire inner strength in women.
More than 2,000 women were surveyed and words such as 'mumsy', 'hormonal' and 'ball breraker' were among those which made it into the top 10 that they would like to see banned from day to day vocabulary.
Former Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts is a campaign ambassador for Special K alongside Katie Piper and Nicola Faulkner.
