Woman will not be prosecuted for false sex attack claim near Derby's Racecourse
 

A woman who made a false claim that she was sexually attacked will not be prosecuted.
A 27-year-old woman told officers she had walked through an underpass and on to the Racecourse, in Chaddesden, when she was grabbed from behind by a man on Saturday. However, after initially investigating the incident, police later said this was not true.
