Woman turned down for adoption ‘because of pregnancy phobia’
 

A woman claims that she was turned down by an adoption agency because of her pregnancy phobia.
Kayleigh-Emma Shiel, 30, says she sufferes tokophobia – a fear of childbirth – so is unable to conceive a child.

Mrs Sheil said: ‘I feel like my heart has been ripped into a million pieces. I truly believe that my only chance to become a mum has been taken away from me.
