Woman jailed for helping failed suicide bomber given council job on her release
 

A woman convicted of helping a failed suicide bomber, who plotted to kill passengers on the London Tube, mananged to bag a council job after her release from prison.
Mulumebet Girma, 33, was locked up for helping Hussain Osman flee after his failed plot to kill passengers on July 21, 2005.
Osman escaped to Brighton before taking a Eurostar to Paris. He then made his way to Rome where he was arrested. Girma, also known as Mulu, helped him with his escape.
She was found guilty of assisting an offender and failing to disclose information about Osman's involvement in the attempted attacks.
