Woman fined after dog found in hot conservatory of unoccupied house ... with no water
 

A woman ended up in court on animal cruelty charges after leaving a dog in a hot conservatory with no water.
Emma Marie Stevens pleaded guilty to offences under the Animal Cruelty Act for her treatment of female brown and white boxer crossbreed Bella. She also failed to investigate why Bella was losing so much weight.
The RSPCA had called to her home in June and found Bella living in the conservatory of an unoccupied property, without any water, while her owner was in the process of moving out.
