Woman describes new ambulance service as 'chaos' after missing dental appointment



A WOMAN has described the new non-emergency ambulance service in North Lincolnshire as "chaos" after missing a dental appointment today.
Thames UK took over running the service from previous provider East Midlands Ambulance Service on Saturday.
Carole Rylatt, 58, from Brigg was due to have a dental appointment at Ironstone medical centre in Scunthorpe this afternoon but missed it after the ambulance failed to turn up.
