Woman airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries after three-vehicle crash



A woman sustained life-threatening injuries in a three-vehicle crash.
The woman was airlifted to hospital after the crash between a double decker bus and two cars near the Queniborough roundabout on the Rearsby bypass on the A607 yesterday.
Firefighters were called to the scene after the crash which happened at 3.35pm on the Leicester-bound carriageway
Fire crews cut the woman free from the wreckage of the Ford B Max car she was a front seat passenger in.
She was taken by air ambulance to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham.
