Woman airlifted to hospital after colliding with a tree in rush hour



A driver has been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition after colliding with a tree.
Emergency services were called to the A422 Banbury Road at Oxhill in Warwick just before rush hour this morning.
An ambulance, paramedic officer and The Ambulance Service Critical Care Car was initially sent to the scene.
However due to the severity of the collision, an air ambulance was dispatched.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “ Crews arrived on scene to find a collision between a car and a tree.
