We asked readers to send BBC health correspondent Nick Triggle questions on the NHS. Nick chose four of them and we asked you to pick your favourite, which came from Andrew Toppleman, who asked: "Why are effective drugs denied to people on the basis of cost while millions are wasted on homeopathy?"
