Why do you get condensation on windows? How to demist them
 

 
It is that time of the year again, when the windows in your house and car are increasingly difficult to see out of in the morning thanks to condensation.
Condensation is when water vapour in the air becomes liquid – the opposite of evaporation.
It happens in two ways, either the air is cooled to its dew point, or it is so saturated with water vapour that it cannot hold any more water.
The dew point is the temperature at which condensation happens, dew is simply condensed water in the atmosphere.
