Why Chester taxi driver rapist Sultan Amari was able to flee the country
 

A convicted rapist from Syria who fled to Turkey midway through his trial for subjecting a vulnerable woman to two sexual assaults after picking her up in his taxi was not considered a flight risk, the Crown Prosecution Service has revealed.
But City of Chester MP Chris Matheson says questions need to be asked of why Sultan Amari was able to leave the country and why he still had his passport.
