Why 250 city centre businesses say new Kingswood retail park must not go ahead
 

More than 250 businesses have called on Hull City Council to reject plans for a new ten-store development at Kingswood retail park, saying it threatens their livelihood.
A petition will be handed into the council on Monday ahead of the Kingswood proposal going to the planning committee on Wednesday.
The traders say the out-of-town development will take customers away from the centre of Hull, threatening their businesses and regeneration in the area.
