Lets face it, school shoes are expensive.
And understandably, it’s often difficult for parents to reason with spending £35 on a pair when 99% of the time, they only last a few months.
So where can you go to find the cheapest of the bunch?
Well, in Aldi a pair of leather shoes will cost around £6.99, and in Tesco you can pick up a pair for £10.
Other shoes, such as PE plimsoles, add to the hefty cost of a uniform too… but not if you head to Sainsbury’s, where you can grab a pair for £2.50.
