West Belfast: Man, 56, shot several times in the leg
 

A 56-year-old man has been shot several times in the leg in a paramilitary-style attack in west Belfast, the police have said.
The incident happened at about 19:45 BST in the Glenwood Drive area of Poleglass,
The man has been taken to hospital where he is in a stable condition. Police have appealed for information.
Stephen Magennis, a Sinn Féin councillor, said the man had been shot "five or six times in the leg".
