'We're coming for you': Northumbria Police in warning to 'legal high' dealers after landmark case
 

Police have issued a stern warning to ‘legal high’ menaces following the landmark conviction of a Tyneside dealer.
Jack Lockhart was one of the first people in the UK to be prosecuted under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, which came into force in May.
The 23-year-old, of Bentinck Terrace in the West End, was handed a 12-week community order at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday after pleading guilty to five counts of supplying a psychoactive substance.
