Antiquated travel posters from the early 20th century have emerged at auction.
The selection of images, which were once displayed at British railway stations to encourage more travel, are among 200 being sold in the US next month and are expected to fetch hundreds of thousands of pounds.
The compelling posters showcase paintings from prominent artists of the time, who captured locations including Eastbourne and Southport, and highlight a sharp contrast to the styles of today.
