Watch thief among latest cases at South Derbyshire court

Here are the latest criminals to be dealt with at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court. They include a man who admitted spitting in a police vehicle and a man who stole five watches from Argos:
Jamie Stanton, 27, of Springfield Road, Etwall.
Admitted breaching a restraining order by approaching and speaking to the victim at an address in Hatton, on October 1.
Also admitted spitting in a police vehicle on the same day and breaching a suspended sentence.
Jailed for a total of 36 weeks as the offence was committed while he was subject to a suspended sentence.
