Satnam Singh was brutally beaten to death when he was just 30 seconds from the Sikh Gurdwara temple, where he was heading on July 23, 2015.
He had left his home in Princes Street, as he did every morning, to take the short stroll to the Singh Sabha Gurdwara, which is in the same complex as the National Sikh Museum he helped to set up.
But the 74-year-old grandfather and father-of-three, who was described as "a truly dedicated gentleman who was well known for his selfless service", never reached his destination.
