Watch ex-fire chief carve an owl with a chainsaw



It took Ian Williams just 30 minutes to carve this block of oak into an owl for the Daily Post.
The former fire chief who fell into woodcarving almost by accident has been named the fifth best in Europe - only four months into his new career.
Ian Williams, 54, of Flint Mountain, was head of response with North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, responsible for 44 stations across the region.
